The paparazzi brought a birthday cake for Elnaaz Norouzi in the evening at her apartment. She dressed in a glamorous black gown and posed for the cameras as she came out to cut the cake. She cut a piece of the cake and gave it to one cameraman but didn't eat any herself. Shortly after, she went back to her apartment. It's a strange way to celebrate a birthday with paid paparazzi.
